Arafat Shah

Arafat joined Harwood Capital LLP in April 2018 as Group Head of Compliance. Arafat has over 25 years’ experience in compliance having spent eight years at the Financial Services Authority (FSA), where he worked on developing the UK’s permissions regime.  After leaving the FSA, he worked for several leading financial institutions including Royal Bank of Canada Private Wealth Management Limited and Permal Investments Management Ltd.  He holds a degree in law from the University of London.
