Harwood Private Equity has sold Medication Packaging Group, comprising two divisions. Medica Packaging, based in Crewe, produces high quality printed cartons and patient/product information leaflets for customers in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and regulated markets. Curtis Packaging, based in Redhill, manufactures premium custom cartons and foil embossed packaging for the beauty and personal care sector. The Group was sold to Woodberry Packaging, a print and packaging group operating across the UK and Ireland.
