We are pleased to announce the start of Harwood Private Equity VI L.P. (“HPE6”), activated by the Fund’s first investment in Tissue Regenix (see below). The Fund will seek to invest in profitable companies with strong growth potential, and will include the same public-to-private strategy as its predecessor funds. The investment period will run until 23 December 2030. The Fund currently has c. £110 million of committed capital and remains open to new investors.
